Oooh, Hunger Games. Worth almost full price, I will be the first to say. Best Intentions has been making its way around the block too, and gotten good reviews. Nice list this week!

Ooh, good books. I loved the Frankie Landau-Banks book and really want to read The Hunger Games! Enjoy them.

I'm probably going to save Hunger Games until the other books come out. If a book is really good, it will drive me crazy to wait for book 2 and 3.
ReplyDeletejessicamarie: I really had no option since I've been on the library waiting list for this forever...so we had to read it for this month's book club...we'll share the book...no biggie.

ReplyDeleteYay, and yay! You got a copy of both THE HUNGER GAMES and THE DISREPUTABLE LIFE. I really liked the latter, and I'm reading the former now, which is also pretty good. I can't wait to hear what you think of both of these!

Looks like some good books there-Best Intentions is a good read. Gifts of War looks good-for some reason that cover really caught my eye.

That's funny - I got Disreputable History from Borders right after Christmas for $4... I guess they way over ordered! I loved it - I hope you do too!

ReplyDeleteBest Intention seems tobe doing the rounds at the moment. I read it last month and loved it.
I just reviewed Best Intentions not too long ago and just did an author interview as well. It was quite good, I think you will like it.
