Do you remember when you first started sharing your thoughts about books? And how you never expected people to read those thoughts or care enough to comment on them? I do. I'm sure many of you do. The happy moments of just writing down what you thought about a book.
I also remember the thrill of being asked to conduct my first author interview. I wondered what were the best questions to ask, what questions did I want answers to, and what would readers be interested in learning about the author?
Well, Jenners at Find Your Next Book Here is experiencing this right now. Go on over, show your support, and check out her interview with Efrem Sigel, author of The Disappearance.
I'm headed over to check it out; you should too. Have a great Sunday! Stay tuned for my writing goal update!

ROTFL! I don't remember any feelings of euphoria. I remember the stress, the panic and if I think about it too long now, I can still break out in a cold sweat!
J.Kaye: LOL That's funny. I guess I've always wanted to interview authors. I'm weird.
This was so sweet! I feel like I am going through a book blogger rite of passage! And I definitely feel more like J. Kaye! I mean after the euphoria wore off, I got really stressed about it! Thank you for your support -- it means so much to me! : )
Oh yes, it's been a while but I still remember my first blog post. A bit of trepidation but overall a lot of excitement. Going to visit Jenners to check out the interview!
Jenners: I always was the odd ball. I'm euphoric when I have to interview authors. I'm glad to be of help.
Iliana: Thanks for checking out Jenners' post.
What a sweet thing to do, Serena! Jenners' interview is great!
Avis: I'm glad that you enjoyed Jenners' interview.
I remember! Like J. Kaye, I was a little nervous along with excited!
Yes I do remember :O) I never thought anyone would stop by and read my book blog, but I just had to blog about books. I love discussing them.
And the first author interview...yikes! I was nervous. I didnt want to sound like a 'rookie' lol

Shana: I must be the odd ball.
Naida: I guess I really am an odd ball!
Thanks for the link.. I am going to check it out. I remember a little stress on my first author visit to my book club. I just wanted it to work out well. And it did.
I don't think I've ever had an author find my blog but I do know I've never conducted an author interview. Too scary!
Toni: Thanks for taking a look at Jenner's first interview.
LadyTInk: I think author interviews are fun
The first time an author emailed me...that was euphoria. LOL My first interview...that was anxiety. I remember it took me days to come up with questions.

Anna: I really must be the only one excited about asking authors questions...lol
Well, I'm excited about it now. The first one was a bit overwhelming.

I think I was nervous at first, but the excitement took over.
