Marcia at The Printed Page and Kristi of The Story Siren both sponsor memes in which bloggers share what books they've received in the past week. I'm going to continue calling these Mailbox Mondays, but The Story Siren also has In My Mailbox. It's another edition of Mailbox Monday and In My Mailbox on Sunday! This coming Monday is the tour stop for Ivy + Bean: Doomed to Dance and a giveaway.
OK, onto the books:
1. Sorrow Wood by Raymond Atkins, which I won during Literate Housewife's Birthday Bash.
2. The Wrong Miracle by Liz Gallagher, which the poet kindly sent to me for review.
3. She by Saul Williams, which I bought at Borders over the weekend. I've been looking at his books for a while and took the plunge into a new kind of poetry.
4. The Secret Mandarin by Sara Sheridan, which Marcia at The Printed Page sent me as part of her Read it Forward program.
5. Nothing But Ghosts by Beth Kephart, which I won from The Hiding Spot and received from the author with an inscription.
What did you get in your mailbox?!

I'm wondering at what point I will be the last person to read Nothing But Ghosts? I really need to get my hands on that one!
You're in for a treat with Nothing But Ghosts! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
I wanna those poetry books!
*grin*
Mondays: Mailbox/Whereabouts
No, *I* will be last to read Nothing But Ghosts (hmm, new goal for 2010: lose to Sandy on this one).
I saw the wonderful present you sent to Sandy; how nice of you! (second goal: send you my address, just in case...)
I don't think you'll be the last, Sandy. I read the library copy and just happened to win one after my review was posted. I will more than likely read it again. I think Amy has a Beth Kephart challenge for 2010, btw.
Gautami: I have some runners up prizes to mail to Virtual Poetry Circle participants.
Rhapsody: You can send me your address anytime. I have tons of books and I usually give mom first dibs, but there are some books she just won't read.
I haven't read Nothing But Ghosts either. Actually I haven't heard any of those before... But those sound interesting! Enjoy!
Congratulations on the Nothing But Ghosts Win! It sounds like it's a highly coveted novel. :-)
Here's mine
I loved Nothing But Ghosts...enjoy them all!!!
I'm like Elysium, I haven't heard of any of them. That's what's fun about meeting other bloggers-- I learn about books I otherwise would have missed! Enjoy!

You received some good ones!
Happy reading!
Enjoy all the books!
I haven't heard of these books either, but I agree with Laura that ios how you learn about new books/authors. Thanks for sharing!
Haven't heard of these ones, but they all look lovely! Mine is at The Crowded Leaf.
I'm with the others who said they've never heard of the books but they look alright. Enjoy your reading!
My MM is up!
These look like some great books...enjoy!
Nothing but Ghosts is on my TBR list also.
Happy Reading

What a great selection! They all sound really good. I won Nothing But Ghosts a few months ago but haven't read my copy yet. My own books are always the last ones I get to! Happy reading, happy holidays!!
