You know what I was doing over weekend, don't you?

Naturally, watching the latest QT, Inglourious Basterds, with Anna from Diary of an Eccentric.

Can I just Say...AWESOME!

Ok, you want a real review? Go ahead, check it out at War Through the Generations.

You know I gave it a great review, but what did Anna say?

Your reviews made my husband so happy, but I still won't go see it with him! :--)

I already popped over to yours and Anna's review, but I just wanted to say again--totally agree: AWESOME. I especially love that certain people get what's coming for them. :P I love when history ends the way you want it to!

I'm impressed that QT used a lot of German actors in the film. Many of them are very well known in Germany, but not in the rest of the world.

Rhapsody: I hope you do see the movie.

Trish: I love when history has the right ending.

Lenore: That was one of my favorite parts of the movie. the "unknown" actors!

Enjoyed your reviews ladies! I've been sort of tempted to see the film as there's a German actor in it who I just love seeing on screen, Daniel Bruhl, but I've seen Pulp Fiction and unfortunately I think that's all I can stand of Tarantino flicks. The violence just really gets to me so I know I can't watch this. Glad you guys enjoyed it though and thank you for the review - if I ever get brave enough I may check it out :)

Iliana: This is no where near the violence of Pulp Fiction. This is more like violence with a purpose...in a time of war. Maybe rent the dvd and stop it when it becomes too much and resume watching it later.

Everyone seems to love this movie. It's a shame I'm going to have to skip it. i decided a while ago that I wasn't going to see any more Tarantino films.

Carol: I think you should break your rule for this one!
